We were excited to try this place and have heard good things! The service and ambiance were great, being a cool rooftop with tvs, cute fire pit tables, and an overall nice atmosphere. The food was overall 7/10. We really liked the wagyu sliders, perfectly cooked medium-well with yummy brioche buns. The caramelized onion dip was pretty good and the chips were PERFECTT. What was disappointing was the "Rockefeller"oysters... didn't have any flavor and there was no cheese or cheese sauce. There were merely a few breadcrumbs on top, but the oysters were essentially raw. I'm generally ok with raw oysters but wasn't expecting that as they say they're cooked. I couldn't finish them hah. The happy hour menu has some cool options though, despite happy hour ONLY offering the happy hour menu and not the main menu at all, which I came for in the first place. But other items were good enough to try this spot again!

We came here for New Year's Eve dinner. We made a reservation in advance and arrived when it's open. We got seated right away. The decorations were modern and festive. The manager Alex (i think?) was very friendly and came by to chat with us for a bit and wished us a happy new year. We ordered Wagyu meatballs, lobster pappardelle, roasted Atlantic salmon, Louisiana Jambalaya and cast iron cookie to share. They were all delicious especially the salmon. The cookie was very big and rich, enough for four of us to share. I also enjoyed Java martini. I would give them 4.5 stars. We were a party of four but we were charged 20% tip automatically (although i don't mind the %), just don't like how it's calculated when it's taxed on the tips. Overall, it's a great dining experience. I would go back for brunch one day.

Happy holidays! Beautiful place especially during the holidays! The festive decorations were beautiful at this time of the year. The ambient lighting with the fire-pits makes it very cozy and pleasant. The service is great, no issues at all. Very helpful and respectful, I wish I remembered our servers name... I know he has a lot of tattoos. My group was very fond of how well a d fast they are with requests of certain drinks and food choices. I can't remember all that we had, but it all tasted exquisite, very soothing, delicious, and fresh. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a rooftop vibe.

Came here for dinner for a party of two and we were able to snag a table on the terrace without a reservation (it was still early in the evening). The terrace was nice and decked out for Christmas and they provided heat lamps. There were lots of open seats downstairs. We unfortunately just missed happy hour by a couple of minutes. I could see this place being busy during peak times so I'd suggest making a reservation. Parking/Service: It's in downtown, so expect to look around for parking for a while. Better yet, just uber there. Our server was attentive and our food and drinks came out quickly. There was a private event happening on the outer part of the rooftop but we still received great service. Food/Drinks: For drinks, I liked A Lover's Flannel ($16) which had the egg white on top and my husband liked the Rustic Route ($15). -Lobster Pappardelle ($36): this was surprisingly very tasty. The pasta was made fresh and had the perfect texture. I say surprising because you usually can't expect much ordering pasta from a non-Italian place, but this one was very good. -Bacon Mac N Cheese ($14) -Cast Iron Cornbread ($9): really liked the jalapeño butter Overall: It was a fun, festive place for dinner and food was overall good. I'd like to come back during happy hour next time!

Rustic roots has always been the best spot for dinner. This time I went with a friend and we love sharing appetizers! We got the best things in my opinion: tempura shrimp, brussel sprouts, wagyu meatballs, corn bread, and truffle fries. I got the lavender haze drink and my friend got the eggnog Christmas drink but it doesn't have eggnog in it.

Cute bar in gas lamps. We ordered the wagyu meatball and it was quite yummy. It felt like an unassembled lasagna. We also got a cocktail and a mocktail. The cocktail was really cute and there was a lot of it. It was delicious

Service and food is amazing! Tom, our waiter, has been wonderful and so accommodating! We came here for my friend's birthday and tom has been so great in making her birthday so special. Decor - so rustic and chic. We ate at the rooftop and the ambiance is so romantic. Love the fire place but Tom was also great in turning down the fire for us (per our request) Food - everything is so great! Highly recommend. The artisan salad, jambalaya, filet fried, meatball, Brussel sprout, etc everything was beautifully made. Thank you to the chef. Thank you rustic and root for the special night! Highly recommend this place! Thanks Tom for making the birthday girl feel so special.

I came here for a private, group event and everything was set up just lovely for us in the roof top area. There was a nice selection of food items and everything had a good flavor. The bartender was able to make me an alcohol-free drink, which was tasty and pretty!! I would come again to check out their brunch and dinner options.

Only came here for drinks on the rooftop. They have warmers when it's cold. Street parking, may have to walk a little bit. Highly recommend reservations, because it gets super busy. Beautiful rooftop, festive, and pretty. We came here on a Friday night so it was very busy! They also had a ?wedding event or some sort of celebration on one part of the rooftop. I got the lavender haze ($17), which came in a beautiful display and it was very tasty (more on the sweet side)- but on the smaller side in terms of quantity. My friends got a 1927 mojito and a 1980 cosmopolitan, which were refreshing and tasty, respectively! Would love to try this place out for dinner or happy hour sometime!
